How do you know if working with Alta Medical Management is right for your practice? That is our most often asked question. We only work with practices where improvements can be made. To that end, we offer a complimentary practice assessment prior to working with potential clients. During this assessment we review approximately 15 practice metrics. By closely analyzing those metrics, comparing them against our internal benchmarks and MGMA best standards, we can monetize potential improvent and give you an estimate of the financial impact we can have on your practice. If your A/R cycle is well managed, we will communicate that to you as well. |
